Summer is Over!

We started back to school last week. Fun Fun! It seems like we just got out. I hate it, we were having so much fun. These are a few pictures of Caleb brushing his teeth. He LOVES to brush his teeth. He is such a big boy! Oh yes by the way Caleb Pee -Pee on Pottey two mornings in a roll! You Go Boy!

Pirate Caleb

We had to carry Caleb to a Pediatric Optometrist Monday for his left eye. On occasion we would notice that it would turn inward. He said that it wasn't bad enough for surgery, but did want to try to make the vision in that eye better. So we get to be a pirate for 2 hours a day. He has done really well with it. He tries to take it off but when you divert his attention he'll keep it on.

Go Darbs

Darby Graduated from 5th Grade this year. I can't believe she will be in Middle School! She Loves to play Softball. We didn't get to go to many games because they were all so late. Well it's late for us anyway. But we did get make it to two games. The last game she got to Hind catch. She doesn't get to do it often so if you look close you can see the smile from ear to ear. WAY TO GO DARBS!!!

LET SUMMER BEGIN!!!

It's finally here!! Summer will be over before you know it. What happened to 3 Months off for Summer? But I guess I can't complain not everyone gets the chance to stay at home during the summer. I hope Caleb and I have some fun this year. He will start swim lessons next week. And I hope to start with Potty Chair too. Anyway I hope everyone has a great time this Summer!

HAPPY 2nd BIRTHDAY CALEB!!!!

Thursday was Caleb's 2nd Birthday. Can you believe it? I know I am the worst Blogger in the world to wait this long till I posted, but right now I have no time. At the end of the day I go to bed when Caleb does. Who would have thought I would be going to bed at 8 O' Clock. Not me that's for old people. He had a wonderful Birthday. We had his party at the park in Glencoe. He loved playing with all of the kids. In fact he really didn't even care about opening presents. He wanted to run and play. We all had a wonderful time.

I have said it before and I'll say it again. Caleb is truly a BLESSING for Blake and I. I don't know what we would do without him. He is SO funny and amazing to watch grow. I hope for many more Birthdays to be able to spend with him.

Caleb's New Hat

Caleb has just got to where he will wear a hat. So of course we stick one on him every time we get a chance. I just love this little hat. He looks like he needs to go on a Safari!!

Blake's Birthday

April 1st. I think Caleb will enjoy his Birthday a little more this year. Time is going by so fast now. I only hope it does in China too!!

This is Caleb and his Half Brother Dylan. I have no idea where he got it, but the whole time I was taking pictures this day Caleb kept saying Cheese! Kids are soooo funny.

Ready For Summer

These are a few pictures outside. Caleb LOVES to stay outside and would probably sleep there if we let him. He is into everything all the time. Balls, Trucks, you name it. He is all boy!!!

Valentine's Day

These are couple of pictures from Valentine's Day. Another holiday he LOVES because of the CANDY!!! He doesn't eat a whole lot but he does have a sweet tooth!

Happy Easter

It has been soo long since I have posted. I'm going to try to add some more pictures later tonight or tomorrow I am so far behind. I still have Valentines Pictures to add.

Easter is such a busy fun day. Caleb had to have a little help with the egg hunt, but he was pretty good at it. We got way to much candy and will be on a sugar high for a while.

We had a Court Hearing last Wednesday with Caleb. The Appeal came back and it had been particaly reversed on the visitation part. The Hearing was to set regular visitations. The Dad did not show up, so that is Wonderful News. Just a few steps more and we can give Caleb a new name. So still keep us in your Prayers.

Happy Chinese New Year!!

We had a great New Year today. I carried some coloring pages for Caleb's class to color. Then I tried to take a picture of him with one I colored, he crumbled it up into a ball. When we got home we whatched "Ni Hao, Kai-Lan", we Loved it. I have the season to tape on DVR. Maybe we will have more of a Chinese vocabulary by the time we get to travel. I also want to Thank Miss Mary Jane for monograming Caleb a Rat on his T-Shirt. He was looking down at it in the third picture. I can't wait to see everyone at our Chinese New Year Party Saturday Night. Hope everyone had a great day!!!
